GETTING YOUR PAINTBALL MARKER PERMIT NOW TAKES AS LITTLE AS 24HRS
In New South Wales, obtaining a paintball marker permit requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, pass a “fit and proper” person assessment (including police/financial checks), and complete the NSW Paintball Marker Safety Training course.

Permits are valid for 1, 3, or 5 years and allow possession of markers, which must be used only at authorized venues.

- Eligibility Check:Must not be a convicted offender (within 10 years), not a declared criminal organization member, not an undischarged bankrupt, and not mentally incapacitated.
